An evening of contemporary art, architecture, entertainment and wonderful food — all to benefit Vanya’s adoption and education fund — was held on October 20, 2005. The event was hosted by a local realtor, Craig Swanson, and held at his recently renovated Eichler home in upper Lucas Valley. 

The silent auction featured works of local artists and services by contemporary architects. Original artwork by Vanya was showcased with all proceeds benefiting his orphanage in Russia.
